Barbiedoll proportions: her back would be too weak to support the weight of her upper body, and her body would be too narrow to contain more than half a liver and a few centimeters of bowel. A real woman built that way would suffer from chronic diarrhoea and eventually die from malnutrition.

it's time to Stop desiring to look like a Barbiedoll. :D

i rmb there was once while doing triangles,
i was lagging behind the rest.
lacking that motivation, that strength to pull the next stroke
that desire to overtake the next boat
that adrenaline rush to complete the 3 triangles.
physically, i was tired.
mentally, i was obstructed.

then cher rowed past and shouted
"you're somebody! tell yourself that!"

it was such a simple encouragement,
but it really.. impacted me.
i was overwhelmed..
so i chionged, so as not to disappoint cher,
keep his belief in me.

next week's NWKC,
and progress is not significant as yet. ):
making me feel very.. weary.
it shouldnt be so difficult conquering the advantage right?
two more trainings left.
ali: we expect so much from ourselves, yet we're falling short of expectations. two more trainings, let's put what we have into it okay? k2 500m and k2 1000m! let's go! (:
germs: no more Tea party with you.. but, go kickass germs! :D no longer directly behind you, but still behind you. if you know what i mean, teehee.

and on another note,
i'd miss gracia and chaikee in our races.
they were trng with us for nationals last year
(and out of 3 races, ali and i wld capsize twice! hahahaha)
how we had those nyjc/cjc competitions (losers = pushups.)
how ali and i improved during those unfriendly (think pushups) friendlies
how cher wld swop gracia to the front
we were Always competing with them
then during the NJKC,
germs& i + gracia&chaikee were in the same heats
how both boats counted so loudly
we cld only hear each other!
how i bet cher must be pretty happy cus both our boats got through.
but now, no more. ):
and ali and i are using their advantage..
